Donor Advised Funds | A Simple Way to Make a Lasting Impact
Give Through Your Donor Advised Fund (DAF)
A donor advised fund (DAF) is a simple and tax-efficient way to support The Children’s Heart Foundation and our mission to fund the most promising research for congenital heart defects. If you have a DAF, you can easily recommend a grant or recurring grants now to make an immediate impact.
You can recommend a grant to The Children’s Heart Foundation in either of the following ways.
Recommend a Grant Through Your DAF Provider
- Log in or contact your provider. Visit the organization that manages your DAF, such as your financial institution or community foundation, and select the option to recommend a grant.
- Find The Children’s Heart Foundation: Search by our name or Tax ID 36-4077528
- Choose your grant amount and submit: Follow your provider’s instructions to complete your recommendation. Your provider will review the request and, once approved, send the grant directly to CHF. Please include your name and contact information, as we would appreciate the opportunity to personally acknowledge your support.
Recommend a Grant Online
Use the tool below to find your DAF provider and follow the prompts to recommend a grant.
If your provider is not listed, you can recommend a grant directly through your provider using the steps above.
Let Us Know About Your Gift
Have you recommended a grant—or are you planning to? We would love to thank you.
Sharing your gift details helps us identify your grant when it arrives and acknowledge your generosity. This step is optional, and you may choose to remain anonymous.
This form notifies CHF of your plans. Please submit your grant recommendation separately through your DAF provider.
