Kristina Knight

Kristina Knight has a BA in Political Science with a minor in Legal Studies from Quinnipiac University. She earned her Paralegal Certificate from Northeastern University. She became involved with The Children's Heart Foundation after her son Noah was born. He was diagnosed in utero with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome, a severe congenital heart defect. Kristina and her family live in southern Maine. Prior to moving to Maine, she worked as a Legislative Aide in the Massachusetts State House. She is passionate about advocating for research, Medicaid, and making sure families are heard and taken care of as CHD has a particularly large impact on families, both emotionally and financially.
