The Congenital Heart Walk is a way to show the nation how a team of inspired individuals can make a difference. Funds raised support the missions of both these national non-profit organizations who are dedicated to improving the quality of life for those living with congenital heart defects (CHD). It is designed to raise vital funds to help us continue our missions of addressing the needs of both the newly diagnosed and long-term survivors of congenital heart defects.
The first-ever Congenital Heart Walk - Gr. Phoenix will take place on Sunday, November 7th at Diablo Stadium. The Walk will begin at 9:00 am with registration opening at 8:00 am. The walk will include a scenic 1.5 mile walk and 3.1 mille (5K) run! giveaways, entertainment and refreshments. It truly will be an inspirational day of caring, sharing and fun!
