    JOIN THE 'MOVEMENT CHALLENGE' to get fit and to help CHF win $25,000! The purpose of the Movement Challenge presented by Rodale, Inc. and New Balance is to motivate individual runners to run for a cause.

    DC Metro - Congenital Heart Walk

    The Congenital Heart Walk is a way to show the nation how a team of inspired individuals can make a difference. Funds raised support the missions of both these national non-profit organizations who are dedicated to improving the quality of life for those living with congenital heart defects (CHD).  It is designed to raise vital funds to help us continue our missions of addressing the needs of both the newly diagnosed and long-term survivors of congenital heart defects.

    The first-ever Congenital Heart Walk - Greater Washington DC will take place on Sunday, September 12th at the George Mason University. The Walk will begin at 10:00 am with registration opening at 9:00 am. The walk will include a secinic 1.2 mile route on the scenic main campus of George Mason University, giveaways, entertainment and refreshments. It truly will be an inspirational day of caring, sharing and fun!

    Children's Heart Foundation's Family Fun Day

    Join us at the Inaugural CHF Family Fun Day - Enjoy fun, food and family as we raise funds and awareness for Children's Heart Foundation.  We will have Fun craft opportunities as well as games and bouncy equipment for the children and a 50/50 raffle, bingo and basket raffles for the adults - all to help raise awareness for children born with congenital heart defects. It allows you to decide when, where and how you want to particpate and fight CHDs! A Virtual Walk can take place at your local park, coffee shop or even online. Just like our other walks, you can use this website to create your own team and invite everyone you know for a truly inspirational moment of caring, sharing and fun!
